The Barry W. Lowe and Karen Sue Lowe Foundation for Education exists to benefit children and young adults in the Bartlesville, Oklahoma area through education.
Grants are provided to local organizations that are in alignment with the Barry W. Lowe and Karen Sue Lowe Foundation for Education’s mission.  Proposal submissions are by invitation only.
